Leveling the Playing Field
We believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.
Modern travel baseball and elite athletic training offer incredible pathways for young people to build discipline, learn teamwork, and earn college opportunities. However, the rising costs of tournament fees, equipment, and travel can place a heavy burden on families.
The NRV Tigers Foundation Inc. is our official 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our mission is simple: to ensure that a family's financial situation never dictates a child's ability to compete at the highest levels.
We work directly within the Southwest Virginia and New River Valley communities to eliminate economic barriers through three distinct initiatives:
- Player Registration Scholarships: Full and partial dues assistance to ensure dedicated athletes can secure roster spots and compete in elite regional tournament circuits.
- Equipment & Training Grants: Providing high-quality gear and access to our indoor training facilities so players have the tools they need to safely develop their skills.
Our ultimate goal is to eliminate facility fees for all players.

Our structured environment has a proven track record of helping over 180 athletes move on to the collegiate and professional levels. Log In: Go to Kroger.com or open the Kroger App on your phone and log into your digital account.
Find Community Rewards:
