The NRV Tigers provide Southwest Virginia athletes with high-level, competitive baseball built on a foundation of player and character development. We believe that elite skills mean nothing without the discipline, sportsmanship, and accountability to back them up.

Since 2012, the NRV Tigers organization has helped more than 150 athletes successfully transition to collegiate baseball programs.

Meet the Team
Andrew Webb
Andrew's journey with the NRV Tigers spans years of dedicated coaching, mentoring, and community building. Having played collegiately as a catcher for the Virginia Tech Hokies, he knows exactly what it takes to reach the next level. Now, as Co-Owner and Director of Business Operations, Andrew works behind the scenes to create a world-class environment for our athletes, helping the next generation of Southwest Virginia ballplayers chase their dreams.
Rick Peters
Co-Owner, Director of Player Development
Rick relishes the opportunity to raise the level of baseball in the NRV, as well as increase the quality of these young men via the Tigers organization. His background includes playing collegiately (outfield) at Anderson University, coaching 11+ years at Blacksburg High School, as well as his time with the Tigers.
